Clash Legacy is a game project currently in development. It is primarily aimed for mobile platforms ( Android and iOS) but still support PC platform. The game is meant to be a fast-paced Roguelike MMORPG with procedurally generated dungeons. I have much more planned for the game (including it’s defining feature) but I feel it is still to early to talk about it.
My name is Ricardo Canales, I am a 28 year old software developer. I’m an avid gamer and for the past year a game developer. I graduated May 2017 with a degree in computer science and I’ve been programming extensively for the last 9 years of my life.
This game is an ambitious project which I will take as a serious hobby with the aim to expand my knowledge, build my own project and also of course, have fun developing/playing the game I’m making. At the moment I am the sole developer of the game and everything
In 2012 I decided to study Computer Science mainly because of my experience with video games. During college I interned at companies such as Facebook and Microsoft as a software engineer where I learned a lot about mobile development. After my internships I joined a friend with the development of his online game Rucoy Online (known as Wax).
During my year working at Rucoy I made sure to absorb as much knowledge about game development. There I learned about networking, server development and client development which I hope to use the Clash Legacy.
In 2017 moved the San Francisco to work full-time with Facebook. During my free time I work on Clash Legacy.
